Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We do not offer returns or exchanges. To limit chances of disappointment with your order, please read product descriptions of each item to ensure that you know the details of what you are purchasing, especially the clothing measurements! In the event that you are extremely dissatisfied with your order, please contact us.
Many of these items here that's not marked with a star are pre-loved so it's not always perfect (although if something is obviously wrong we state it in the description) thus returns are not possible. We always ensure that all items here are almost as good as new.
Please view the situations below to see the resolutions taken place should this happen to your order:
— We ship to most countries in the world, but in the case that we do not ship to your country of residence, we will automatically provide a full refund for your order and also notify you through an email.
— In the case that you receive an item that has suffered damage during transit, you will be given the option of a full refund, credit or shipment of a new replacement item. Prior to receiving your refund or new shipment, we will first require you provide photos of the damaged item.
— In the case that your item(s) never arrive, you will be give the option of a full refund or shipment of a new replacement item.
— We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order, however, mistakes do occur from time to time. In the case that you receive a wrong item, you will be given the option of a full refund or shipment of a new replacement item.
— In the case that your item is lost during transit due to an error that is not an incorrect address or any fault of the customer's, you will be given the option of a full refund or shipment of a new replacement item.
— In the case that your item appears completely different from the provided stock photos, you will be provided with a full refund.
Once your refund has been approved, you should receive it within 24 hours via PayPal.
NOTE: We do not offer full refunds for items that were received, but no longer wanted. Unwanted, but undamaged, goods do not qualify for a full refund.
♡ Out of Stock Items
If the item you purchased is out of stock, your order will remain processing while we notify you via email. From there we offer you a few choices, such as a full refund or the option to wait for your item to be restocked. In the event that your item is permanently out of stock, we will automatically issue you a full refund.
♡ Sizes
Every item has detailed size measurements in centimeters in the description. There are also detail measurements in the descriptions for items that are One Size. Most clothing items listed as One Size will fit sizes XS to M. Please check them carefully. We recommend that you know your own measurements in order to compare them with the measurements for each clothing item. The measurements are done manually, and may have an error of only 1-3cm if possible. If you are still unsure prior to purchase, it is encouraged that you size up just in case!
♡ Import Taxes and Custom Charges
We are not responsible for any import taxes or custom charges. The possibly of this occurring is very unlikely. Most, if not all, of our items are sent individually to avoid any taxes or charges.
♡ Lost or Stolen Parcels
We are not liable for lost or stolen mail. Please make sure the address you provide during check out is the correct one! If you have provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us right away. If your order has not been processed and shipped, there is still a chance to correct this error. If a tracking is given and it says that it is delivered but you have not received your package yet, please wait until the end of the week or a few more days to be sure that the mail is missing. Sometimes the post office may have a scanning mistake or misdelivered so please be sure to contact your local post or ask your neighbors first. Because we have proof of shipment and delivery confirmation, we will no longer be held responsible with lost or stolen mail. Please be aware of this once purchasing.
♡ Marketplace Sales
We advice all shoppers to buy from our storefront as much as possible to avoid any errors or possible delays on your orders (and also to support us!). Marketplace Sales strips a 10% off each order and as such, if any refunds are requested it will not be refunded. Please be guided accordingly.
Shipping
All items will be shipped to address that is shown on buyer's profile when purchased unless noted otherwise. Please make sure you provide your correct address, contact number, and email. If any packages are sent back to me for incorrect/insufficient address, I will contact you once. If you do not reply within 3 days, I will not reship your order and no refunds would be given.
♡ Processing Time
After placing your order, it may take 3 to 10 business days for your order to process, depending the item you have bought. Non pre-orders can take up to 10-15 business days as there's only me that's handling them! You can check the exact estimated time of process on the product description. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Keep in mind that if you have ordered more than one item, each item may arrive separately. Don't worry if you only receive part of your order at first, the rest will definitely come and you will be notified of this.

We ship worldwide! Our estimated delivery time is 10-25 business days, as your items are being shipped overseas via Post Airmail. If you would like your order to get to you sooner, please add express shipping to your cart that can be found here. You can choose from EMS, DHL to FedEx.

If you would like your order to get to you sooner, please add express shipping to your cart that can be found here. You can choose from EMS, DHL to FedEx. At the moment, we only offer express shipping for non-preorder items. If you'd still want to do express shipping for pre-order, please contact us before ordering so we can give you a calculated amount.
At some times when certain products aren't available for shipping out with your preferred courier as in that moment, we notify the customers via their given email and proceed to the next top courier available if no reactions occur from the customer after a few days. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ex. When you buy shoes or other articles of clothing and preferred to ship via DHL and as of the moment is not available to use, we ship it to the next available which is FedEx.
♡ Tracking Your Order
Because we have various suppliers, some who offer tracking and some who do not, we don't automatically provide tracking numbers for all orders. However, you are always free to check if your order has a tracking number or not! To do this, please contact us via the Contact Form with your order number. If your order can be tracked, we will provide the tracking number(s) and tracking site(s).
Please keep in mind that once shipped, tracking information may take up to a week to appear.
