Why is this item marked with a star and how does this affect my order?

It simply means that it is shipped straight from its manufacturer to you! Items for Pre-order are not necessarily Pre-made, but are shipped via China Post Airmail straight from China.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For items marked with a star (pre-order), they are shipped straight from China via China Post Airmail which takes 15-25 business days to arrive after shipping out. Un-starred items are shipped straight from the Philippines via Singapore Post, which takes 15-25 business days to arrive to you as well. The days vary depending on the season and the efficiency of your local postal service.

For Philippine customers, on-hand items take anywhere from 2 ~ 5 business days to arrive after shipping out. Approximately 1-3 business days within Metro Manila and 2-5 business days in Provincial Areas.

Processing time for all orders may vary depending on the product, but would usually take 2~10 business days. Items that take longer are stated on each description.

This is an exception to orders who have added Express Shipping to their cart.

Where do you get your items?

Items marked with a star are shipped straight from China.

For the unstarred products, they range from vintage to brand new (with tags) which are carefully handpicked from when I travel to countries like Japan, Korea and the Philippines.

Are your items brand new?

Items that are marked with a star are all 100% fresh.

Items that are marked unstarred have limited stock, and are usually handpicked from boutiques all around the world. Because of this, these items may range to be pre-loved, thrifted, never worn, or could be brand new with tags. Most items are owned but never used, or only worn once, others are sold because of wrong fitting (for me) or there are duplicates. Specifics are stated on each description of the product.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!
