MILK CLUB is a small online shop based in Metro Manila, Philippines. With a handful of on-hand items, and the rest shipped straight from its manufacturers in China. Because of this, local customers get to no longer pay extra possible taxes, shipping fees, or more thus making the prices and shipping time a bit different. Shipping
For items marked with a star (pre-order), they are shipped straight from China via China Post Airmail which takes 15-25 business days to arrive after shipping out. Un-starred items are shipped straight from the Metro Manila, Philippines via chosen courier, which takes anywhere from 2 ~ 5 business days to arrive after shipping out. Approximately 1-3 business days within Metro Manila and 2-5 business days in Provincial Areas.
Philippine-based items:
For standard shipping, orders are processed within 1-7 business days and you will be notified once it's shipped out. One-day shipping can be requested.
Meet-ups/Pick-ups are accepted on the listed areas within Metro Manila only and at least a one-day's notice is needed for preparation.
Metro Manila: Standard shipping time estimates to 1-3 business days, depending on the chosen courier and the season. A same-day delivery option like Lalamove & Grab is excluded from this policy as it should only take 30 minutes to a few hours.
Outside Metro Manila: It normally takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location, chosen courier, and season (Christmas usually takes longer).

Prices for shipping fees vary per weight/size of the item, area, and courier. You can message me for more info or look up your chosen courier’s respective rates.
If you have a suggested courier outside of these options, just let me know and we may be able to work something out!
For pre-order products
Shipping is Free and is shipped via China Post Airmail.
Payment
We accept BDO, Gcash, Chinabank, Shopee, Paypal, Meet-up & COD as our only modes of payment.
For starred items: 50% downpayment to Full Payment is accepted. If you are paying downpayment first, there is an extra 70~100php shipping. Because if this is the case, it'll be shipped in our Manila HQ first, then once confirmed that the packages have arrived, we will notify you, send the rest of the payment, then ship it to your place. For full payments,
We can do a 50% down payment or full. For the 50%, there's an extra +60 for shipping, because if this is the case, it'll be shipped to my place first, then I'll ship it to you. For full, shipping is free and it ships straight from the manufacturers to your place.
Meetups
SM North EDSA, SM Megamall, and EDSA Shangri-La Plaza only.

Other Policies
All items will be shipped to the address that is shown on buyer's profile when purchased unless noted otherwise. Please make sure you provide me your correct address, contact number, and email. If any packages are sent back to me for incorrect/insufficient address, I will contact you once. If you do not reply within 3 days, I will not reship your order and no refunds would be given.
For international and on-hand packages: There are some cases where packages are lost or delayed. If a tracking is given and it says that it is delivered but you have not received your package yet, please wait until the end of the week or a few more days to be sure that the mail is missing. Sometimes the post office may have a scanning mistake or misdelivered so please be sure to contact your local post or ask your neighbours first. Because I have proof of shipment and delivery confirmation, I will no longer be held responsible with lost or stolen mail. Please be aware of this once purchasing.

Where do you get your items?
I travel a lot to different places and I pick a lot of things along the way. Most items are from around USA, Europe, and Asian countries like Japan, Korea, China and Philippines. Others are thrifted from local vintage stores.
What is Paypal?
Our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, our store website has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
Discount prices?
PH-based customers have already the lowest discount since the main HQ is based in Manila. We also give discounts to bulk buyers (minimum of 2+ items). Some items can be haggled but LP is LP.
Reservations?
Reservations last up to 6 days only. You can extend reservations every 7th day. Failure to have any action after 6 days will result into you being marked as a Joy Reserver and blocking. We also share this kind of information to other shops to warn them. Same with bogus buyers.
